We recommend taking 2 capsules a day with a glass of water.

Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) sprouted grain powder. Amounts per maximum recommended daily dose (2 capsules): Buckwheat sprouted grain powder 738 mg; Thiamine (Vit. B1) 1.0 mg (90.9%*); Riboflavin (Vit. B2) 1.5 mg (107.1%*); Niacin (Vit. B3) 15 mg (96.8%*); Pantothenic acid (Vit. B5) 5.8 mg (96.6%*); Vitamin B6 1.0 mg (71.4%*); Folic acid (Vit. B9) 197 μg (98.8%*); Vitamin B12 2.1 μg (84%*). *%NRV: daily reference intake.

When to use
