Directions

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day, preferably at the same time each day.

Composition

SideMag® [Sucrosomial Magnesium® (magnesium oxide, pregelatinised rice starch, emulsifiers: sucrose esters of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin)], magnesium carbonate, bulking agent: cellulose; Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) dried fruit extract, standardised to 1% essential oil; coating agents: (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, colouring agents: calcium carbonate, E122, E172(ii); shellac, glycerol, E472a, E1201), Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit dry extract, standardised to 0.5% agnuside; Natural D-alpha-tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E), Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) root dry extract, standardised to 5% in gingerols; Cinnamon (Cinnamonum zeylanicum Blume) bark dry extract, standardised to 1.6% methylhydroxychalcone polymer (MHCP); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); stabiliser: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6)
