Damiana is a small shrub native to Mexico, the Caribbean and South America, known and used by indigenous peoples since ancient times. In herbal medicine, the leaves are used to promote a tonic effect, useful for combating physical and mental fatigue. Directions
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning and early afternoon, with water.
Composition
Damiana (Turnera diffusa Wild. ex Schult.) dry leaf extract, inulin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Casing: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Amounts per recommended daily dose (2 capsules): Damiana leaf dry extract: 800 mg; Inulin: 80 mg.
