Directions
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with water, preferably in the evening after dinner.
Composition
Bulking agent: cellulose; inulin; monacolins from red rice (Oryza sativa L., seeds) fermented by Monascus purpureus, ubidecarenone (coenzyme Q10); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Capsule shell: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Amounts per maximum recommended daily dose (1 capsule): Total monacolins (from fermented red rice): 3 mg; Coenzyme Q10: 30 mg; Inulin: 100 mg.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, in children under 18 years of age, or in adults over 70 years of age. Seek medical advice if any health problems arise following use of the product. Do not take if you are taking medication to lower cholesterol. Do not take if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice. It is recommended not to consume more than 3 mg of monacolins from red yeast rice per day.
