Phytosterol Complex is a food supplement based on plant sterols and stanols, which help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 800 mg of plant phytosterols and phytostanols daily. Contains plant-based policosanols, of which octacosanol is the most important constituent.

Directions
It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, before the main meal, with water.
Composition
Plant phytosterols and phytostanols from pine (Pinus spp.), bulking agents: cellulose, calcium carbonate;
anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); Policosanols standardised to
60% octacosanol.
Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not consume more than 3 g per day of added plant sterols/stanols. This product is intended solely for people who wish to lower their blood cholesterol levels. This product is not suitable for children under the age of 5, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Patients
undergoing cholesterol-lowering treatment should only consume this product under
medical supervision. Regular consumption of fruit and vegetables is recommended to maintain adequate levels of carotenoids.
