Directions
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules a day with water.
Composition
Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) dry seed extract, standardised to 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan; Inulin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Casing: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Amounts per maximum recommended daily dose (2 capsules): Griffonia seed dry extract: 700 mg (5-hydroxytryptophan: 140 mg); Inulin: 77.5 mg.
