Guarana is a climbing plant that grows in the Amazon rainforest. An extract is obtained from its black seeds; this is a natural source of caffeine, used for its tonic effect —useful in cases of physical and mental fatigue—and to stimulate the metabolism . Erba Vita’s Monoplanta capsules are a range of plant-based dietary supplements in capsule form, consisting of standardised formulations that guarantee a consistent supply of active ingredients and unaltered quality over time.

Directions
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning and early afternoon.
Composition
Guarana (Paullinia cupana Kunth) dry seed extract, standardised to 10% caffeine; Inulin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Casing: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Amounts per maximum recommended daily dose (2 capsules): Guarana seed dry extract: 800 mg (caffeine: 80 mg); Inulin: 70 mg.
Warnings
Contains caffeine (80 mg/day). Not recommended for children or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It is recommended not to exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
