Kelp is a natural source of iodine, which contributes to normal energy metabolism and maintaining a healthy body weight. Erba Vita’s Monoplanta capsules are a range of plant-based dietary supplements in capsule form, consisting of standardised formulations that guarantee a consistent supply of active ingredients and unaltered quality over time.

Directions
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day between meals, with water.
Composition
Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum (L.) Le Jolis) thallus powder, inulin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Casing: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Amounts per maximum recommended daily dose (1 capsule): Kelp thallus powder: 150 mg; Inulin: 150 mg. Contains iodine (225 μg).
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of an appropriate low-calorie diet, alongside a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for periods longer than 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
