Found mainly in the waters of the North Atlantic Ocean, Laminaria is a brown seaweed, particularly rich in iodine. Laminaria seaweed is useful as a support for boosting the metabolism. Erba Vita’s Monoplanta capsules are a range of plant-based dietary supplements in capsule form, consisting of standardised formulations that guarantee a consistent supply of active ingredients and unaltered quality over time.

Directions
It is recommended to take 2 to 4 capsules a day, in the morning or afternoon, between meals, with water.
Composition
Inulin, maltodextrin, Laminaria seaweed (Laminaria digitata (Hudson) J.V. Lamour.) dry thallus extract, standardised to 0.05% total iodine; bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Capsule shell: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Amounts per maximum recommended daily dose (4 capsules): Laminaria seaweed thallus dry extract: 300 mg (total iodine: 150 μg (100% NRV*)); Inulin: 500 mg. *NRV: daily reference nutritional value.
