Directions
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 capsules a day, in the morning and in the evening, with water.
Composition
Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria (L.) Maxim.) aerial parts dry extract, standardised to 5% salicylic acid; inulin, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Casing: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Amounts per maximum recommended daily dose (3 capsules): Spirea aerial parts dry extract: 300 mg (salicylic acid: 15 mg); Inulin: 300 mg.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
