Directions
It is recommended to take 1–2 capsules a day, during the day and in the evening before bedtime, with water. PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: if you are taking any medicines, seek medical advice before using this product, as St John’s Wort extract may interfere with their metabolism and even inhibit their activity. It is contraindicated in children and adolescents.

St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) aerial parts with flowers, dry extract, standardised to 0.3% hypericin; bulking agent: cellulose; inulin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Coating: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Amounts per maximum recommended daily dose (2 capsules): St. John’s Wort aerial parts with flowers, dry extract: 233.3 mg (hypericin: 0.7 mg; hyperforins: ≤ 4.9 mg); Inulin: 124 mg.
