Directions

It is recommended to take 1 to 4 tablets a day, preferably between meals, allowing them to dissolve under the tongue.

Composition

Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin, Cyanocobalamin, Hydroxocobalamin, 5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin). Amount per maximum recommended daily dose (4 tablets): Vitamin B12 1000 μg (40,000% NRV*). *NRV: Nutrient Reference Value.

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

When to use

Supplementation with B vitamins is recommended in cases of an unbalanced diet and to support proper metabolism during periods of increased tiredness and fatigue, during growth and in older age in the event of nutritional deficiencies. The B-vitamin complex, particularly folic acid, is beneficial during pregnancy for the growth of maternal tissues.
