Erbalax Forte Len is based on Erbalax Complex, a unique blend containing Malva Mallolax™, Tamarind, Magnesium and Vitamin B3. Malva and Tamarind promote regular bowel movements and normal stool consistency; Malva also has an emollient and soothing effect on the digestive system, whilst Vitamin B3 helps maintain healthy mucous membranes. The product is supplemented with magnesium and potassium salts and partially hydrolysed guar gum, a soluble prebiotic fibre that does not gel or swell in the gut.

Directions

It is recommended to dissolve one sachet of the product in a generous glass of water (200 ml), preferably in the evening before going to bed.

Composition

ERBALAX COMPLEX [Mallolax™ – Mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) dried extract of flowers and leaves, standardised to contain 30% mucilage and 7.5% total polyphenols, of which 5% is calculated as malvidin; Magnesium citrate, Tamarind (Tamarindus indica L.) freeze-dried fruit pulp juice, Magnesium glycerophosphate, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3)]; Guar gum (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.) Taub.) partially hydrolysed, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavouring, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: steviol glycosides (from Stevia). Average content per maximum recommended daily dose (5 g): Erbalax Complex: 1300 mg [(of which mucilage: 150 mg, of which magnesium: 76.7 mg* (20.45% NRV**), of which niacin (Vit.
