Directions

It is recommended to take 2 or 3 capsules a day with water, approximately 15 minutes before the two main meals and, if desired, at breakfast.

Composition

Gymnema (Gymnema silvestre R. Br.) dry leaf extract, standardised to 25% gymnemic acids; Banaba (Lagerstroemia speciosa (L.) Pers.) dry leaf extract, standardised to 1% corosolic acid; Glucomyral® [White mulberry (Morus alba L.) leaves, Black bilberry (Vaccinium uliginosum L.) fruits, Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) fruit] extract standardised to 2.77% 1-deoxynojirimycin, 8.32% proanthocyanidins, and 0.77% anthocyanins; bulking agents: cellulose, calcium carbonate, dibasic calcium phosphate; Bitter melon (Momordica charantia L.) dried fruit extract, standardised to 7% charantin; Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume) bark dry extract, standardised to 1.6% methylhydroxychalcone polymer (MHCP); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); chromium picolinate. Capsule shell: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
