Lietoson Junior is a dietary supplement in drop form suitable for young children, made from plant extracts, melatonin and vitamin B6. Melatonin helps to reduce the time taken to fall asleep, Linden and Passionflower promote restful sleep, whilst Hawthorn and Lemon Balm contribute to the product’s effectiveness by aiding relaxation and mental wellbeing.

Directions

• 3–6 years: it is recommended to take 10 drops a day diluted in a little water, preferably in the evening half an hour before bedtime; • from 6 years onwards: it is recommended to take 20 drops a day diluted in a little water, preferably in the evening half an hour before bedtime. To reduce the time taken to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg (20 drops) of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Composition

Hydroglyceric extracts (stabiliser: glycerol (vegetable), water, plant part in a D/E ratio of 2/1) of: Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq. and Crataegus oxyacantha auct.) flowers and leaves, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial parts with flowers, Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves, Linden (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.) flowers; water, stabiliser: glycerol (vegetable); acidifier: citric acid; flavouring, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), preservative: potassium sorbate; melatonin, thickener: xanthan gum. Amounts per recommended daily dose of 10 drops: Hawthorn flowers and leaves, hydroglyceric extract 135 mg; Passionflower aerial parts with flowers, hydroglyceric extract 135 mg; Lemon balm leaves, hydroglyceric extract 135 mg; Linden flowers hydroglyceric extract 135 mg; Vitamin B6 1.05 mg (75% NRV*); Melatonin 0.5 mg. 20 drops: Hawthorn flowers and leaves hydroglyceric extract 270 mg; Passionflower aerial parts with flowers, hydroglyceric extract 270 mg; Lemon balm leaves, hydroglyceric extract 270 mg; Linden flowers, hydroglyceric extract 270 mg; Vitamin B6 2.1 mg (150% NRV*); Melatonin 1 mg. *NRV: daily reference intake
