Directions

To promote a good night’s sleep: we recommend taking 40 to 60 drops a day diluted in water, preferably in the evening half an hour before going to bed; For natural relaxation: we recommend taking 20 drops a day diluted in water, in the morning or during the day. As this is a natural product, a sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle; however, this does not affect its quality. We recommend shaking the bottle well before use.

Hydroalcoholic extracts (water, alcohol, plant part in a D/E ratio of 1/1) of: California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) aerial parts*, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha Medicus) flowers and leaves*, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial parts with flowers*, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves*; stabiliser: glycerol (vegetable); Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) flowers, dry extract; Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract, standardised to 0.8% valerenic acids; flavouring, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Lavender (Lavandula officinalis Chaix) essential oil. Amounts per recommended daily dose. For physiological relaxation: 20 drops. California poppy aerial parts hydroalcoholic extract 180 mg; Hawthorn flowers and leaves hydroalcoholic extract 165 mg; Passionflower aerial parts with flowers, hydroalcoholic extract 165 mg; Lemon balm leaves, hydroalcoholic extract 150 mg; Lavender flowers, dry extract 15 mg; Valerian root, dry extract 15 mg, valerenic acid content 0.12 mg; Vitamin B6 0.7 mg (50% NRV*); Lavender essential oil 0.7 mg. To promote rest 60 drops California poppy aerial parts hydroalcoholic extract 540 mg; Hawthorn flowers and leaves hydroalcoholic extract 500 mg; Passionflower aerial parts with flowers hydroalcoholic extract 500 mg; Lemon balm leaves hydroalcoholic extract 450 mg; Lavender flowers dry extract 45 mg; Valerian root dry extract 45 mg, valerenic acid content 0.4 mg; Vitamin B6 2.1 mg (150% NRV*); Lavender essential oil 2.1 mg; *NRV: daily reference intake.
