Directions
It is recommended to take one tablet a day, preferably in the morning after breakfast.

Calcium carbonate, bulking agent: cellulose; magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid (Vit. C), coating agents
(hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid; cellulose, colouring agent: iron oxide); maltodextrin, magnesium carbonate, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide; binder: hydroxypropyl cellulose; D-alpha-tocopherol acetate (natural Vitamin E), calcium D-pantothenate (Vitamin B5), zinc L-pidolate, iron gluconate, nicotinamide (Vit. B3), coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone), L-selenomethionine, retinyl acetate
(Vit. A), Cholecalciferol (Vit. D3), Copper gluconate, Menaquinone-7 (Vit. K2), Thiamine hydrochloride (Vit. B1), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6), Riboflavin (Vit. B2), Chromium picolinate, Pteroylmonoglutamic acid (Folic acid), Biotin (Vit. H), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin, Cyanocobalamin).
