Directions

We recommend taking 1 to 2 tablets a day, preferably with meals, with water.

Composition

Plant-based Vitamin D3. Amount per maximum recommended daily dose (2 tablets): Vitamin D 50 μg (1000% NRV*, equivalent to 2000 IU). *NRV: Nutrient Reference Value.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

When to use

Vita D is a useful product during periods of limited sun exposure, such as the winter months, or in cases of reduced dietary intake which may lead to a vitamin D deficiency.
