Directions

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets a day, preferably in the evening.

Composition

Cascara (Rhamnus purshiana DC.) bark powder, Frangula (Rhamnus frangula L.) bark powder, bulking agent: cellulose; Senna (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl.) leaf powder, Rhubarb (Rheum palmatum L.) rhizome powder, Senna (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl.) dried leaf extract standardised to 20% sennosides, Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale (L.) Weber ex F.H.Wigg.) dried root powder, Mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) dried extract of flowers and leaves, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) dried fruit powder, Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) dried root powder, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); Clove (Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb.) powder, Gentian (Gentiana lutea L.) root powder, Mint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaf essential oil. Amounts per maximum recommended daily dose (3 tablets): Cascara bark powder 342 mg; Buckthorn bark powder 228 mg; Senna leaf powder 148 mg; Rhubarb rhizome powder 143 mg; Senna leaf dry extract 51 mg (sennoside content 10.2 mg); Dandelion root powder 51 mg; Mallow flowers and leaves dry extract 51 mg; Fennel fruit powder 46 mg; Liquorice root powder 34 mg; Clove powder 23 mg; Gentian root powder 21 mg.

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
