Lietoson Complex tablets are a food supplement containing plant extracts, melatonin and vitamins that help promote relaxation and rest. Made using fast/retard technology, it ensures that each component is released and absorbed by the body at the right time. The fast-release layer is based on valerian and melatonin, which help to reduce the time taken to fall asleep; griffonia also promotes mental wellbeing. The 6-hour sustained-release layer is based on California poppy and hops, which help to maintain sleep.

Directions

It is recommended to take 1 to 2 tablets a day, in the evening, half an hour before going to bed. To reduce the time taken to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin (2 tablets) shortly before going to bed.

Composition

Bulking agents: cellulose, glyceryl dibehenate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract, standardised to 0.8% valerenic acids; Eschscholtzia (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) aerial parts dry extract, standardised to 0.35% protopine; Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial parts with flowers, dry extract, standardised to 4% total flavonoids calculated as vitexin; Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) seeds, dry extract, standardised to 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan; Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) dry extract of cones, stabiliser: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Melatonin, Pteroylmonoglutamic acid (Folic acid). Quantities per maximum recommended daily dose (2 tablets): Strato fast Valerian root dry extract 250 mg, standardised to 2 mg valerenic acids; Griffonia seed dry extract 200 mg, standardised to 5-hydroxytryptophan 40 mg; Melatonin 1 mg; Vitamin B6 2.1 mg (150% NRV*); Retard layer Californian poppy aerial parts dry extract 250 mg, standardised to protopine 0.87 mg; Passionflower aerial parts with flowers dry extract 200 mg, standardised to total flavonoids calculated as vitexin 8 mg; Hop cones dry extract 150 mg; Folic acid 300 μg (150% NRV*); *NRV: daily reference intake.
