Magnesium Potassium & Vitamin C is a dietary supplement containing mineral salts based on magnesium and potassium, which are essential for boosting the body’s vitality, particularly during intense physical exertion or in cases of an unbalanced diet, with a zesty lemon flavour. This product is formulated with Mg4Mix, a special complex of four different sources of highly bioavailable magnesium salts, and K2Complex, a blend of potassium salts. The formula is complemented by baobab fruit pulp and rosehip extract, a natural source of vitamin C.

Directions

It is recommended to dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in approximately 150 ml of water, stirring well until completely dissolved. It is recommended to take 1–2 sachets a day, preferably between meals.

Composition

Maltodextrin, Mg4Mix [magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, magnesium L-pidolate, chelated magnesium bisglycinate], K2Complex [potassium citrate, potassium bicarbonate], acidifier: citric acid; natural flavouring, rosehip (Rosa canina L.) dried fruit extract, standardised to 70% vitamin C; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Baobab (Adansonia digitata L.) fruit pulp powder, sweetener: steviol glycosides (from Stevia); lemon juice (0.26%). Amounts per maximum recommended daily dose (2 sachets): Magnesium 375 mg (100% NRV*); Potassium 600 mg (30% NRV*); rosehip fruit dry extract 144 mg (Vitamin C 100.8 mg (126% NRV*); baobab fruit pulp powder 100 mg. *NRV: daily reference nutritional value.
