Muco.vit Adults Emollient Fluid is a food supplement based on plant extracts, N-acetylcysteine and Manuka honey. Extracts of Adhatoda, Iceland moss, ivy and thyme help to thin bronchial secretions, whilst extracts of Grindelia and plantain support the function of the upper respiratory tract and, in synergy with Iceland moss extract, promote an emollient and soothing effect on the oropharyngeal mucosa.

Directions

It is recommended to take 10 ml, 2–3 times a day, as and when required and between meals.

Composition

Water, Acacia honey, fructose, Grindelia (Grindelia robusta Nutt.) aerial parts with flowers (glycerine extract), Orange fruit juice concentrate, N-Acetylcysteine (NAC), Manuka honey, Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis L.) root dry extract, Ribwort plantain (Plantago lanceolata L.) leaves dry extract, standardised to 1% verbascosides and 5% total polyphenols calculated as gallic acid; Adhatoda (Justicia adhatoda L.) leaf dry extract, standardised to 0.5% total alkaloids; Thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.) leaf dry extract, standardised to 0.3% thymol; Iceland moss (Cetraria islandica (L.) Ach.) thallus dry extract, Ivy (Hedera helix L.) leaves dry extract, standardised to 10% in hederacoside; thickener: xanthan gum; flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate. Amounts per maximum recommended daily dose (30 ml): Acacia honey 5.5 g; Manuka honey 350 mg; N-acetylcysteine 600 mg; Grindelia aerial parts with flowers, glycerine extract 1500 mg; Marshmallow root, dry extract 350 mg; Plantain leaves dry extract 300 mg, standardised to 3 mg verbascosides and 15 mg total polyphenols; Adhatoda leaves dry extract 200 mg, standardised to 1 mg total alkaloids; Thyme leaves dry extract 180 mg, standardised to 0.54 mg thymol; Iceland moss thallus dry extract 180 mg; Ivy leaf dry extract 100 mg, standardised to contain 10 mg of hederacoside.

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
